Cascades East Rural Family Medicine Residency Program at the Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon, is a community-based, university administered (through OHSU), three year training program that aspires to excellence in patient care, teaching and research. It is our intention that the Family Medicine residency program and its graduates become regional and national models of excellence in rural health care delivery.
